Refund and Return Policy :

We are trying our best every day to make our customers happy with our service, but we understand that our IPTV subscription plans can’t work perfectly for everyone all the time. If you are not happy with your purchase, or you have an issue that we are unable to solve, which makes the system unusable, we are more than happy to provide a refund.

→ Please do understand and accept that we can’t provide refunds due to technical issues unless you allow us to adequately try to solve them and assist you. If we are unable to resolve your issue within 72 hours, we will provide a refund.

→ we don’t provide a refund for 1 month subscription

We will not send refunds if:

→ Issue is not in our technical side (if is coming from your side, device that you use or bad internet connection in your country or area) or any other problems that’s not from our side

→ Customer didn’t satisfy/like the channel line-up or performance.

 That’s why We suggest every customer to go for 24 hours trial before buying 1 to 12 months package. If you are still worried about the quality of our service, we can provide an additional 24 hours IPTV Trial at $0, and then if you feel that it’s good enough, then you can buy.

→ When User is unable to set up their own box and system at their end:

We will provide our best support to set up their boxes, devices, apps and system in all cases of assistance request. The reason is we don’t know about the circumstances with the box, devices and system etc. Our support is limited to pre-defined steps for configurations of devices.

→ If some channels are freezing, buffering or not working sometimes:

Though almost all of our Servers are stable, sometimes some channels do freeze or don’t work due to various reasons, but it’s not permanent. Our expert engineers are always working to fix them.

Most of the time, these issues are temporary and caused by the below reasons:

  • Customer internet fluctuations.
  • Issue with the box/apps/customer setup in general.
  • Your ISP has an issue.
  • Channel is down from server end.
  • Server update/restart from our end (weekly performance necessary).

In case user/customer can’t watch their IPTV subscription plan for 48 hours+ because Server Issue or any other problems caused by us and our end, we will completely refund the package price or add all lost time on top of your subscription for free.

→ You will not be approved for refund if you fill in the ordering form wrong connection information like (wrong mac address, also once a subscription is activated for a device there is no chance to change devices because the previous device was already activated as you required.

→ You will not be approved to get full refund if you used our services for a while, for example in any case if you have a subscription of 12 months and after 8 months of service used you’re facing technical issue in our side that we can’t solve it in 10 days (and you’re not able to use the rest of subscription purchased from us because the issue) in this case you’ll be able to have a partial refund for the rest subscription period that you can’t use.

Once you requested a refund, you can’t subscribe again to our service at any time in the future unless we changed the server that we are using right now
